How do I reduce skin redness?
There are many reasons why your skin may become sensitive or red. Causes can include a reaction to a skincare product, over exfoliation and even diet.

1. Avoid exfoliating ingredients at all costs – keep to calming and nourishing elements that won’t irritate your skin. Exfoliation helps to speed up the skin cycle – sensitive skin doesn’t need this step, it needs to repair the skin barrier.
2. Stick to a simple skincare routine – similar to the first point, over-complicating your skincare routine and adding unnecessary products or ingredients can irritate teen skin and damage your skin barrier
3. Apply your moisturiser more than once a day – topping up throughout the day will keep your skin hydrated and help to rebuild the damaged skin barrier.
