How do I hydrate my skin in cold weather?

This is your ultimate winter skincare routine to banish dryness, keeping your skin feeling hydrated and glowing.

As the temperatures drop, you might find that your skin is feeling dry or needs more attention in the winter months.

Between the colder, dryer air, central heating and the season for hot baths and showers (who can resist?!), there are plenty of reasons why you might experience dry skin in winter.

This means you’ll need to up the hydration and turn to thicker products to maintain that dewy, hydrated skin.

Here’s our cold weather skincare routine:

AM:

1. Cleanse – it’s still important to keep your skin clean with luke warm water, to avoid breakouts and dryness
2. Tone – this time with our Hydrate & Nourish Tonic Milk for that added layer of moisture. You can reapply throughout the day if you’re still feeling dry.
3. Moisturise – the essential step with your favourite indu moisturiser – Universal or Clarifying
4. SPF – whatever the weather, UV is still present – it’s still important to protect your skin in winter!

PM:

Repeat steps 1-3 in the evening. If your skin is still feeling quite tight and dry, then you can treat your skin to a Moisture Fix Mask once or twice a week to really lock in the hydration.
