Typically, members join the community and participate in community discussions, vote in polls, and often participate in larger tasks like testing and sending feedback on products or coming up with new shade names. We know life can get busy so there are no minimum or maximum time commitments. We offer lots of options to contribute, so we hope that the tasks, both big and small will inspire members to share their ideas.

Initially, we will reach out via email to onboard you to the committee platform-MightyNetworks. MightyNetworks is a web and mobile app. It is a social platform used to keep your groups, clubs, and communities organized and connected. Once onboarded, that is where the day-to-day communications and tasks will take place.

MightyNetworks is a closed, private space just for approved members of the committee. Additionally, it is 13+ and has its own community guidelines which any kind of communication or content will adhere to.

No, we won’t be giving out any kind of monetary compensation at this stage but we do reward the community for their hard work and creativity through product samples, discount codes, and committee-exclusive merch.
